Holds a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2009 and 2013, respectively, as well as a Doctor of Engineering (Dr. Eng.) in Chemical Engineering from Hiroshima University, Japan, in 2017.
Has previously held key leadership positions, including Department Head of Corporate Planning at PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) / MIND ID (2023–2025), Department Head of Technology Development at PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) / MIND ID (2022–2023), and Vice President of Corporate Planning and Investment at PT Rekayasa Industri (2021-2022).

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering (2006) and Master’s degree in Mining Engineering (2013), both from Institut Teknologi Bandung.

(2024-2025), Senior Vice President of Project Management at PT Industri Baterai Indonesia / IBC (2021-2024), and Vice President of Nickel Business Development at PT ANTAM Tbk. (2020-2021).
Niko Chandra

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering of Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2008, and a Master’s degree in Management of PPM School of Management in 2023.
Has previously held key corporate strategic positions, including Corporate Secretary of PT Bukit Asam Tbk. (2024–2025), Business Expert in Business Development Division at PT Bukit Asam Tbk. (2023–2024) and Head of Institutional Relations Division of Mineral Industry Indonesia/MIND ID (2021-2023) during MIND ID holding company entity status is part of PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero).
