Toto Nugroho

President Director

Toto Nugroho received his bachelor's degree from Universitas Indonesia in 1992. He continued his post-graduate studies at the University of Texas and obtained his Master of Chemical Engineering degree in 2000, and also from INSEAD Global Leadership, Singapore in 2015. Currently, Toto Nugroho is the President Director of Indonesia Battery Corporation. He has been working in the energy industry for over 25 years at Pertamina. He has been appointed as the President Director of an international oil trading company and also a gas transmission & distribution company. He was also entrusted as the Senior Vice President in managing petrol endurance all over Indonesia, along with import & export processes of raw oil, petrol, and gas. Toto Nugroho also has experience in managing harbor businesses, especially Pelindo 3's transformation process and its business with other state-owned companies such as PLN, Pertamina, Pupuk Indonesia, Semen Indonesia, and many more.

Jeffrie N Korompis

Chief Operation Officer

Jeffrie N Korompis was appointed in 2022 as the Chief Operations Officer of Indonesia Battery Corporation. He has a long list of careers in financial, mining and railway sectors for over 30 years in subsequent senior roles in treasury, origination, investment banking, business development and project management, as well as managing large organizations. Jeffrie N Korompis has a lot of experiences in negotiation of complex restructuring deals during the late 90s Asian financial crisis as well as involved in complex project financing and M&A and establishing sizable corporate along with foreign bank representative office in Indonesia.

Reynaldi Istanto

Director of Institutional Relations

Reynaldi Istanto has been appointed as the Director of Institutional Relations at Indonesia Battery Corporation in 2023. An alumnus of Political Science from Universitas Brawijaya and Advanced Master of Globalisation and Development from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, Reynaldi brings experience and knowledge to his new role. His experience includes a position as a Senior Advisor to the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), where he led the Global Value Chains Working Unit and the Global Relation and Investment Team. Under his leadership, several key initiatives were implemented, including the PMO Support for SOEs for the G20, the organization of the ASEAN Indo-Pacific Forum, and the PMO Support for SOEs for the ASEAN Summit. Reynaldi also played a pivotal role in the formation of "Indonesia Incorporated," an initiative program of the Minister of SOEs aimed at encouraging collaboration and synergy between SOEs and Indonesian business entities on the global stage. Furthermore, he served as the General Secretary for the FIFA U-17 World Cup Indonesia and made a significant contribution to the success of the 2018 Asian Games as an Account Manager in the Communication Department.
