Ikmal Lukman

President Commissioner

Ikmal Lukman graduated from Bogor Agricultural University in 1986 and later went on to receive his master's degree (MBA) from the University of Glasgow in 1997. After finishing his studies in Glasgow, he was appointed as BKPM's representative in Batam. Since then, he served as BKPM's representative in the Netherlands and Los Angeles, USA. Furthermore, he was promoted as the director who's in charge of conducting investment promotions to foreign investors. Ikmal Lukman is currently the Secretary General for the Ministry of Investment/Investment Coordinating Board. He has spent over thirty three years working in this institution with various job experiences. Ikmal Lukman has also been entrusted as the Head of Training Center, the Director of Sectoral Investment Promotion, the Head of Program and Budgeting Planning, the Deputy Chairman of Investment Planning, and the Deputy Chairman of Investment Promotion at BKPM.

Dany Amrul Ichdan

Dany Amrul Ichdan received his Bachelor Degree from the Economy Management Major, Universitas Lampung. He continued his post-graduate studies at Universitas Padjajaran to obtain his Magister of Strategic Management Degree, and then obtained his doctoral degree from the Business and Corporate Strategic Management, Universitas Padjajaran. Dany Amrul Ichdan currently is the Director of Institutional Relations in Mind.id. He also was been appointed as the President Director of PT Pertamedika - IHC (Indonesia Healthcare Corporation), the President Director of PT Pertamedika Sentul, the Vice President of PT Pertamedika - IHC, the Corporate Advisor at PT Biofarma (Persero). He's also a lecturer and examiner at Universitas Padjadjaran's Business Management doctoral program.

Sinthya Roesly

Sinthya Roesly was appointed to the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Battery Corporation from PT PLN (Persero) in 2022. Born in Pekanbaru on October 6, 1969, Sinthya Roesly earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Indonesia in 1993, then completed a Master of Engineering Science, School of Electrical Engineering at the University of New South Wales in 1996, then completed the Master of Business Administration program at Monash University Australia and Master of Management at IPMI International Business School in 2003. Sinthya Roesly began her career as a Commissioning Engineer for the Thermal Power Generation Project of PT PLN (Persero) in 1993. She has also held various important positions while working at PLN, including as Manager of System Analysis & Evaluation between 2003 – 2006 and Deputy Director of Corporate Strategy & Planning in 2006-2009. Her career before becoming a Director at PT PLN (Persero) was President Director of PT Penjamin Infrastuktur Indonesia (Persero) in 2009 - 2017 and Executive Director concurrently Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Indonesian Export Financing Agency or Indonesia Eximbank in 2017-2019.

Fadli Rahman

Fadli Rahman, Ph.D., has an extensive and diverse professional background spanning various sectors. He currently serves as the Director of Strategic Planning & Business Development at Pertamina Power Indonesia, where he plays a crucial role in in developing Pertamina's green business initiatives and strategy. His exceptional career path encompasses pivotal positions at the Ministry of SOE, where he served as Expert Staff to the Minister on Corporate Management. He also held the position of Deputy Head of the Strategic Delivery Unit and Head of the SOE Decarbonization Committee. Fadli's involvement extended to his role as the Commissioner at Pertamina Hulu Energi. With his academic excellence, Fadli earned a Ph.D. in Mineral and Energy Economics from the Colorado School of Mines, where his research focused on the intricate interplay of subnational carbon policies. He holds an impressive publication record, contributing insightful articles to platforms like Association of Environmental and Resource Economists and The Jakarta Post. His professional journey further encompasses esteemed positions such as National Policy Specialist at the ADB, Principal role at BCG, Senior Field Engineer at Schlumberger, and a Reservoir Engineer at ConocoPhillips. His dedication to strategic leadership, expertise in policy implementation, and prolific contributions to thought leadership underscore his dynamic career trajectory.
